We stayed in 5 people at the end of June in this beautifulapartment, super quiet and equipped with everything you need. Mrs. Enrica was very helpful and pleasantly surprised us with check-in in person. There were even a lot of furnishings. It felt like new ones. The surrounding view and nature are really lovely while for doing the grocery and finding restaurants it was necessary to do a few miles. The location is favorable for visiting Norcia and Castelluccio and the Sibillini mountains. We had a great time.

Staying with Monica was like being at home, the care and warmth that is inside the apartment reflects the owner. Nothing was missing inside the house and we felt very welcome. A special thank you from Cristian and Martina

Typical Italian house, modern and stylishly furnished, every detail has been thought out with the comfort of the guest in mind.. Picturesque location and good base to discover the beautiful places of Umbria. But what was very special was how warmly and sincerely hospitable our host Luca took care of us throughout the stay. Homemade cake (thanks to the mother-in-law) and delicious wine at the reception was an illustration of this. Good tips about the region and restaurants. In short, this cottage is highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable. Had screens on windows. Ivana was a wonderful host and was readily available. Felt like an Italian home, not a generic rental unit.
