It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Das Haus gibt mit großen Fensterfronten die Bühne frei für das großartige Schauspiel der Natur. Ein Ort, Seele und Beine baumeln zu lassen. The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Lake Schwarz can only be navigated with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand up paddle with its clear water. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
