Swedish idyllic forest house

Swedish cottage, nestled in the heart of the enchanting Småland forest. Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Eriks stuga, Skedebäckshult

Jag och min fru Lollo välkomnar dig/er till vår nyrenoverade stuga från 1870 belägen i en välbevarad och vacker sekelskiftesmiljö. Här kan du slappna av och njuta - lugnt läge. Ni får tillgång till vår privata hembygdspark med grillmöjlighet och gunga. Fin skog att vandra eller cykla i. Stugan har helt nytt kök och badrum. Wifi finns. På tomten ligger också ett 1700-talshus man kan kika in i. Det är 12 minuter in till Nybro och 8 minuter till Orrefors med Orranäs glashytta och badsjö.

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Cottage at the ocean with own pier and boat+motor

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Klimatsmart liten stuga

Mellan Nybro och Kalmar ligger vår lilla stuga. Den är nyrenoverad, enkel standard med utedass (Separett). Köket är välutrustat med kökstillbehör och vedeldad spis samt kylskåp. I trädgården finns trädgårdsmöbler och en grill, en utedusch där man kan duscha under bar himmel. Stugan är försedd med solceller som ger begränsad men tillräckligt med el till t ex kylskåp och belysning. Stugan är inte lämplig för barnfamiljer/rörelsehindrade pga sovloftet med en brant trappa.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Nytt toppmodernt hus i centrala Kalmar - Ironman!

Helt nyrenoverat hus med parkering, luftkonditionering samt uteplats i centrala Kalmar! Nära till både Kalmar centrum och Kalmar slott! Perfekt för Ironman: Cyklingen går i båda riktningarna precis utanför huset! Dessutom ca 250 meter till löpsträckan och gångavstånd till starten för simningen! Ca 1500 meter till Bike Park. Ironmanveckan bokas i sin helhet minst 6 dagar 13-19 (eller 14-20) augusti.

Finns fullt utrustat kök med spis, ugn, kyl och frys samt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Ligger på baksidan av en villatomt i en lummig trädgård, med känslan av att vara på landet. 800m till centrum, 900m till Kalmar slott/badplats och 4 km bilväg till Ölandsbron.

Vi har ett gårdshus nära centrum, Kalmar slott och stadsparken. Ca 300 meter till Kalmarsundsbadet. Huset är nybyggt 2016, ca 40 m2 stort, 2 rum och kök med eget badrum med tvätt- och torkmöjligheter. Tre bäddar.
