A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. Townhouse with garden – Blanqui/Cathédrale

The house is located in the Blanqui district, a 5-min walk from the Cathedral, 15 min from the train station and a 5-min drive from the Tours Centre exit. The largest bedroom in the house has its own private bathroom. A second bedroom faces it on the landing. On the top floor, in the attic, is a bedroom with a single bed. There is also a shared bathroom on the ground floor.
