We deliver the pool clean, it has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, a social bathroom, a covered garage for up to 4 cars.

A casa é bastante ampla e bem arejada, pois possui portas de acesso largas. A propriedade conta com 7 (sete) quartos, sendo 2 (duas) suítes. Todos as camas são bem confortáveis. A cozinha é bem equipada, tendo fogão, filtro de água gelada, 2 geladeiras, etc. Na sala principal temos uma televisão, com acesso a um aparelho da SKY. Já na área externa, contamos com um pátio grande e uma piscina na parte da frente, bem como uma churrasqueira, em espaço coberto, na área de trás da casa.
