It's a great 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor of the townhouse. The ground floor houses are also rented, but everything is independent, including access to the parking lot, which is for 2 cars. If you want, you can sit in the front area and use the hammock. But it has a huge balcony, with shade in the afternoon, which you will love. It has all the utensils, appliances, washing machine, 50" Smart TV, bed and bath linens, chairs, cart, umbrella. Internet, split in both bedrooms. 2 small pets are allowed .

A casa é bastante ampla e bem arejada, pois possui portas de acesso largas. A propriedade conta com 7 (sete) quartos, sendo 2 (duas) suítes. Todos as camas são bem confortáveis. A cozinha é bem equipada, tendo fogão, filtro de água gelada, 2 geladeiras, etc. Na sala principal temos uma televisão, com acesso a um aparelho da SKY. Já na área externa, contamos com um pátio grande e uma piscina na parte da frente, bem como uma churrasqueira, em espaço coberto, na área de trás da casa.
