The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Detached guest house with sea view on Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) along the coast 7 km north of Varberg. 8 km from E6, exit 55. The house is fully equipped and sleeps 4. Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Welcome to our nice guest house of 32 sqm in the old fishing village of Träslövsläge! The house is located in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The guest house was renovated in 2022 and is only 200 meters to the village's cozy beach. There are 6 sleeping places. Sleeping loft: 1 double bed (180 cm) and 2 single beds of 90 cm. Sofa bed on the ground floor, 140 cm. The house is built in the corner of our house with its own entrance and private patio with barbecue grill. Parking is available for one car.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
