Holiday rentals with a patio in Traunstein

Alexandra was a wonderful host and the accommodation was clean and cozy. So pleased we chose not to stay in central Salzburg and with the new Tourist Mobility ticket given to us by Alexandra we were able to travel in the area by public transport free of charge. Alexandra went out if her way to assist us picking us up from the bus, homemade cake and jam on leaving.. would definitely recommend staying in this wonderful place.

We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

We would recommend this property. The location is perfect to get away from the busyness of the city and connect with nature. The apartment is located on a working farm. We enjoyed seeing the cows on the property. Keep in mind you definitely need a car to access the property since it’s at the end of a long private road. The apartment presents as new. It is well equipped and very clean. The only downside is that it did not have a microwave. Thomas was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations. This apartment is below the residence, but you could not hear any noise. The scenery is absolutely stunning with a beautiful deck to enjoy the surroundings. It was the only accommodation on our trip that was completely dark at night, which we loved. The town has all the amenities, including restaurants and grocery stores.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

The wooden nest is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could cook well. On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the mountain view from the hammock. We also liked the importance of sustainability (rainwater flushing, solar energy, dish soap concentrate, etc.). Since we traveled with baby, the washer-dryer was a great advantage. Our baby was happy with the basket of toys. Katja and Korbinian were very nice and great hosts. Thank you! We felt very comfortable and will be very happy to come back.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend. The place was an optimal size for us 4. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of responding to the motto "bad luck", the two of us have helped directly and brought us a solution. Totally super and absolutely not self-evident!! 😍 You could always rely on the fact that you received a prompt response to questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

We were able to spend a very nice and relaxing time here again. The beautiful view, three different seating areas outside, garden, terrace, covered barbecue area and the quiet secluded location of the house are absolutely recommended. The surrounding area invites you to do numerous activities. The hosts Jutta and Hannes are friendly, unobtrusive, but always approachable and helpful. We made a stopover in Bad Füssing on our way through and used the apartment with a total of 5 people. The stay was very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. Even though we unfortunately couldn't meet Christian in person (we arrived late), the check-in was completely uncomplicated. Everything was well prepared. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Overall a very nice accommodation – we can definitely recommend it. We thank you very much and will be happy to come back when we have the chance! The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back. Thank you for these wonderful days!

simone was very kind and the neighborhood was great and quiet! a cafe! a fantastic restaurant! an ice cream shop! AND A beautiful florist within 1 minute walking distance from the house!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!

Highly recommend if you want safety and security, underground parking available as we rented a car, private spot comes with the apartment so no need to worry about parking at anytime , quiet area at night, 10 minutes to the centre driving, we didn't use public transport but 200 metres away. Balcony was superb, loads of seating, bbq available. Opens off the living area Living area spacious, loads of seating, fully equipped kitchen, oven, large fridge, table and chairs, bathroom has bath and shower combined, plenty of towels and showering materials. Bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage, black out blinds and TV. Amenities in the basement for washing, drying clothes, bins for rubbish and recycling and access to private car park. Overall a beautiful apartment.
