Holiday rentals with a patio in Trecastelli

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Schön geräumig, tolle Lage und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, top! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super war auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Ewa war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rimini kommen würden, würde ich die Wohnung nochmal nehmen. Wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!

We ended our Italy vacation in Spello and this was the perfect place to relax and reorganize while we enjoyed the surroundings and beauty of Umbria. Unique interior and roomy enough to spread out and still keep the interior tidy and comfortable. Argen and Wendy were very responsive and provided information when we needed it. We would love to come back!

Un séjour de rêve à Pesaro ! Tout était absolument parfait. La maison, nichée dans un cadre bucolique, offre un véritable havre de paix, entourée de verdure, d’un jardin fleuri, d’un verger et même de quelques poules en liberté. Le calme qui y règne est ressourçant. Le studio était impeccable, propre et fonctionnel, et le canapé-lit particulièrement confortable. Mais ce que nous retenons surtout, c’est l’extraordinaire gentillesse de Sylvia, qui nous a accueillis avec une générosité rare. Elle a su rendre notre arrivée et notre séjour aussi simples qu’agréables. Nous avons également eu la chance de rencontrer Giacomo et son père, deux personnes profondément adorables, avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux. Encore mille mercis pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous garderons un souvenir ému de cette parenthèse à Pesaro… et de vous tous !

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti davvero splendidi nel Luxury appartamento di Claudia e Alessandro a Riccione. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Claudia e Alessandro sono stati host eccezionali, disponibili e attenti a ogni richiesta. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, eleganza e un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni in cinque amici. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso, pulito, curato e c'è tutto quello che serve. Esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Sì trova in una stradina stretta dove praticamente non passano macchine il che contribuisce alla tranquillità del soggiorno ma, contemporaneamente, è vicino al mare (100 metri) e a tutti i servizi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il nostro soggiorno seppur breve è stato davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento specialmente all'host Marco per la gentilezza e prontezza nel rispondere. Raccomando vivamente. Giorgia.

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Alberto é stato un host gentile e reattivo. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state chiare. La casa é accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Il tavolo da ping pong coperto e i giochi da tavolo sono stati un ottimo intrattenimento di gruppo durante il soggiorno.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Tommaso è una persona molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato un ottimo posto dove cenare con una vista mozzafiato. Siamo state benissimo, un appartamento delizioso, curato, proprio nel cuore del centro storico. Un posto di pace e natura intorno , dove rilassarsi dalla routine quotidiana. Bella esperienza, ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo❤️

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

Appartamento incantevole, host super attivo e nessun problema riscontrato. Location perfetta, si ci sposta a piedi facilmente, parcheggio a 5 minuti coperto a pagamento, tariffa giornaliera 12€ Consigliatissimo !!!

I Tre Gigli è una casa piccola ma super funzionale. L'appartamento è nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente per un bel soggiorno per due o tre persone. Noi siamo stati in tre ( io, mio marito e nostro figli di 2 anni e mezzo) e non ci è mancato veramente nulla. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e, nei dintorni, c'è davvero tutto. La pulizia impeccabile. Federica una host super gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliato senza dubbio!

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in den Marken. Meer, Berge, schöne Städtchen und Burgen, alles in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, es sind noch weitere Einheiten im Gebäude, von denen wir aber nichts mitbekommen habe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, gute moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Betten waren recht hart aber ok. Das einzige was uns gestört hart waren die nistendem Vögel unter dem Dach - die frisch geschlüpften Küken wurden ununterbrochen mit aufgeregtem Getrappel versorgt. Aber irgendwie ja auch ganz süß und so ist es eben auf einem alten Bauerhof.

Lindo apartamento! A unos pasos del centro, limpio, amplio, perfecto! Ilaria la host fue excepcional en todo sentido, me respondió de inmediato todas las solicitudes y me resolvió perfectamente todo!! Muy agradecido por su apoyo! 100% recomendado!
