Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Trevi

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding access but Bianca gave us phone support. The house has everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food supplies because the house is a little far from the town center, about 2 km, but there is a bakery that can also be reached on foot, although not very close

We were looking for a peaceful place and Anna’s place was the perfect place to be. Enjoyed every second of our stay

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Very kind and helpful host, the house is located in a delightful street of Foligno a short walk from the center , easy to reach on foot with parking available nearby . Clean and tidy environment. Recommended

The house and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful! It is also nice that it is so quietly located. We also enjoyed the wild boars that we could see in the distance. Everything is available in the house to offer you a great stay. It is unfortunate that the shower curtain and the kitchen were really dirty. For the rest, everything was perfectly clean.

We were greeted upon arrival at the station by Fabrizio, who accompanied us to the accommodation. He took the time to show us around the accommodation and explain the amenities, he had also prepared some small gifts for us. A guide to the city was also given to us in French with recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, etc. We didn't speak Italian, but he adapted and we managed to exchange without any problems. He is a very pleasant host, very welcoming, very friendly, and caring because he checks in during the stay to see if everything is going well. The atypical accommodation, which is very clean, well-equipped, is very well located in the heart of the historic city, in a quiet place. We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation and in this beautiful town. I recommend 100% Thanks again, Fabrizio!!!

Spacious, comfortable. Had screens on windows. Ivana was a wonderful host and was readily available. Felt like an Italian home, not a generic rental unit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The house is really nice, attention to detail and very welcoming: you immediately feel at ease. The owner is a lovely person, always kind, helpful and helpful, which made everything even more pleasant. The location is simply fantastic, within walking distance of the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

The house was perfect! Views views views! Absolutely great location, lovely Pool and Giovanni is an incredible host! We will defo be back!
