Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Ideal for commuters/trade fair visitors, about 25 minutes to Cologne Deutz (car). We recommend arriving by car, the bus runs twice an hour. The apartment is in the basement of a single-family house and can be reached via a separate entrance through the garage and a connected staircase. A small terrace invites you to relax.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The beds are already made and towels are ready.
