The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Ideal for families but also for business people.

The apartment 23 m2, with terrace (about 40 m2) is located in the annex of the main house, has a separate entrance and is equipped with every comfort (kitchen, luxurious bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi) Home office is easily possible with me. It can accommodate 2 pers. +todoor.
