- safe , quiet, clean upper/Middle class neighborhood A private half bath - cleaning during stay -bathroom is clean and disinfected on daily basis -less than five minutes walk to the gym,shopping center,and restaurants. Nicely decorated Attention!!!!! Check out these master bedrooms called :Elegant and another one called luxurious ( they are in two different houses)if you want privacy with toilet and shower inside Text me with questions.

Quintessential Midtown Bungalow

This 2 br 1 bath 1940's style Tucson Bungalow is fully equipped with everything needed for long and short stays. Close to everything worth seeing…. And just minutes from the U of A, Randolph Golf, Botanical Gardens, shopping malls etc. It was our first home so we still have a great deal of affection for it! The Peter Howell Neighborhood is very walkable, and many enjoy taking their dogs to the Alvernon Park just down the street. Come experience midtown Tucson at one of our 12 homes !
