Our spacious Casita is tucked away in the heart of the thriving Northwest side of Tucson. It's within walking distance of the new Whole Foods and Safeway. Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.
