This farmhouse is equipped with central heating, Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Combi oven, Coffee machine, Large private garden with lounge set and BBQ amenity, Interactive TV with Netflix, Fast WIFI, Bed and bath textiles and rituals products, spacious bathroom with washing machine, 2 bedrooms and large living room with sofa bed. 1 or 2 electric bikes for 15,-/day and 1 or 2 electro fat bikes for 30,-/ day. Location in the greenery between Herikerberg and borkeld / friezenberg. Walking / cycling mountain bike route at 100 m.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Our holiday home is located in a forested area along a quiet sandy road. The house offers beautiful views in every direction. Depending on the season, you may spot wildlife passing by or enjoy watching the cows grazing in the surrounding meadows. This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.

Cozy cottage in nature & privacy, with hottub

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.

It is a rural vacation home with all the comforts comforts, quietly located next to a vineyard. In the area, there are forests and many hiking and biking trails.
