The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.
