Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

It’s perfect for a Mother/daughter get away, anniversary celebration or a trip to visit Tyler during the Azalea Trails or Rose Festival.

Rural, yet in town. We are tucked away on a rural road within First Monday Grounds in the middle of Canton Texas. The porch is a relaxing way to drink your morning coffee while contemplating your day. After you settle in you’ll realize how peaceful it is, so you can rest after a long day. There are several restaurants a block away and I have left a few snacks for you in the room.
