A beautiful property! This was a wonderful place to visit with family and celebrate Thanksgiving. The accommodations were comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. The view was amazing! A blue heron came to see us every morning. The inside of the house was perfectly supplied. We especially appreciated the pack n play, toddler bed, and high chair. We look forward to coming back.

Ramon is so kind! Everything you think you might Need - he's got it stocked and easy to find! Offering kayaks is so awesome! We had plenty for all our kiddos. Place was clean, and super cute! Can't say enough about this place, we will be returning!

This place was absolute amazing!! Very cozy and relaxing makes you feel right at home 😊! Great communication!! Lots to do and making memories!!! Sitting around the campfire was so relaxing and waking up to the view of the lake was so relaxing! Neighbors were amazing and very friendly!!! Had everything you needed. Including a washer and dryer was a plus!!! We’ll be back to stay!!!

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was beautiful and equipped with fun things like fishing pokes, games, floats and kayaks. There were wild geese on the lake that stayed with their goslings on the bank in front of the house. They were fun to watch. We saw lots of different birds and even a bald eagle over the lake. I would recommend this home for a pleasant stay in a beautiful setting.

Cindi was a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay to the max. John also deserves 5 stars as he was just as great! There is so much space for our family. Big beautiful home. Enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day weekend just hanging out and fishing at Palestine Lake. I loved it was secluded and the views were astonishing. Fox Cove was a wonderful place for me and my wife to spend time at for our wedding anniversary. The place was very cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the boathouse, lounging, fishing, and floating. Although we brought our own, the drinks and food that was available in the fridge and pantry were a nice touch of hospitality. The property was also very nice for our dog, as she loved exploring and due to the secluded and roomy setting of the property, we felt comfortable allowing her to roam a bit.we also enjoyed all the wildlife, fox, raccoons, and birds. We really did not need anything while there, but Suzanne was great to communicate with. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy peace and God’s creation, this is a wonderful place to do it at!

Perfect! We stayed in the area for a wedding. Very clean, quiet and a beautiful place. We loved sitting at the boathouse each morning.

My family celebrated Easter here and it was a great experience. It was a very suitable home for our three young children. The fenced grassy yard with the play set allowed them to play outside as much as they wanted, which is a huge plus! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Having a store just a couple minutes down the road was super convenient. Savanna’s recommendations about the area and local restaurants were helpful. We loved Wade’s Place! Other features we loved include the movie/game room, TVs in every bedroom, access to washer/dryer, and the spacious patio area. The property definitely matched the pictures and description. We feel lucky to have been able to spend the holiday weekend here! I would 100% recommend this listing to any family needing a kid-friendly place to stay.

I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house in Gladewater! The home was spotless and incredibly well-stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals. We especially loved spending time by the pool and relaxing on the dock, which made for a perfect getaway. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake views made it easy to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. One small tip for future guests: although the kitchen does come stocked with salt, pepper, and sugar—you may want to bring your own seasonings as well. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat!

The lakehouse was spacious, clean and well decorated/furnished! The location was surprisingly private with not a lot of Lake traffic. Great view and deck.

We loved our stay at Joe's - again! Each year we make our way up to this area of Texas and stay at Joe's every chance we get. Joe makes sure everything you could need is there, is super friendly, and this place has the most beautiful surroundings. Staying here is a treat in every way!

This home was perfect for us and our adult daughter and husband. The home is on the lake, has amazing patio furniture overlooking the lake, and perfect views. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch, viewing the wild life while we enjoyed coffee in the morning. The house was very clean, well decorated, and had an enormous kitchen island- perfect for a family gathering. It was private, off the beaten path, and we hope to visit again in the future!

First of all, I wanna start out by saying that I absolutely love the lady that owns the place. She is absolutely lovable and caring and for most part the place is definitely beautiful clean you’ll definitely feel right at home in this beautiful home. Great place to fish, caught about 14 catfish in one day, night time I would fish from backyard area, lots of spiders on the dock at night.

What a great place! we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the home itself. the only thing we were bummed about is most of the amenities were closed down. But, the pool was great on the West Side. We spent our time fishing, swimming, and walking the nature trails.

Very enjoyable, Spacious, Clean, with plenty of beds. The house is stocked with a few games. My family played Monopoly inside, bad mitten rackets outside. The back porch had a beautiful view of the Lake. I drank my Coffee there. Nice Covered Fishing Dock. We caught Brim and Catfish. Grandkids enjoyed swimming off the Dock with floats. My Family will definitely rebook. June West
