Waterfront holiday rentals in Tyrolean Oberland

We felt totally comfortable from the first moment. The reception was super warm. The apartment was clean, modern, lovingly furnished, cozy. Parking right in front of the door, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Everything worked out for us. We would come back anytime:) !

We had a wonderful stay in the Allgäu. The apartment is very well maintained, newly renovated and lovingly furnished with views of the countryside and the lake. We were warmly welcomed. You can go on bike tours, hike in the nearby hills and mountains. The many small lakes offer great swimming opportunities in warmer temperatures. Shops and fine restaurants are available in the village of Oy-Mittelberg. Surrounding villages and towns can be easily visited. Thank you very much - we will be happy to come back.

Great stay, everything went smoothly. Wi-Fi was limited from 7 p.m., which may also be good on vacation, making a bit of digital detox. It was a bit chilly in the apartment but not uncomfortably cool. Overall a great location very close to the impressive nature in the beautiful Alpine foothills.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

This beautiful space is even better than the photos! It has a walking path just outside that you can use to take to the Partnach Gorge. It was so clean and we felt right at home! Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again!

A nice and quiet accommodation with the possibility to park directly under a roof. The accommodation was very clean, as described in the description and according to the pictures. In addition, you could quickly reach good restaurants in the area by car and were super fast in Füssen. You also had the opportunity to sit outside in the beautifully designed garden. The only small drawback was that the Internet was really bad, but you can put your cell phone aside on vacation or you have a good Internet flat.

Beautiful apartment in convenient but quiet location. Ischgl is accessible on the local ski bus which was only 5 minutes away. Michaela was a wonderful and attentive host who was very responsive to all our questions and queries. Had a fabulous stay, would recommend highly.

We had a nice time in the Allgäu and in the accommodation. Communication with Hans was always friendly and helpful. Messages were always very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean, we didn't miss anything. We felt comfortable immediately and would come back anytime!

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We stayed 3 nights in apartment 8. The apartment was on the top floor overlooking the slopes and has a balcony. Spacious enough for four of us. It is about a 10 minute walk to the gondola with the ski equipment. Furthermore, a great base for Ehrwald and the glacier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat has been done to a very high standard and is very well equipped with everything you need. Barbara was very kind and helped to make our Christmas break feel very special. We would highly recommend staying here.

It’s a huge private property with great price for the value. The equipment of the kitchen is great, the rooms were very clean. Facilities for children to play right in the garden. I nearby ski piste (Serlesbahnen) is great for small kids to learn, the magic carpet is right near the parking lot, no need to take the cabin.

Beautiful house and surroundings. The view from the backyard is unmatched! And the house felt like home. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our group, with extra living space inside and out. The kids loved the board games and they kept them entertained between outings. We would absolutely stay there again!

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Spacious apartment in a good location. Everything available for daily use. We felt at home!

The place fully complies with the description and pictures. Communication with the hosts was super and straightforward. The apartment is located in the center of Immenstadt with all the pros and cons that an apartment close to the center has. So everything in Immenstadt is actually within walking distance, but you also have to accept a corresponding noise when the first shops open early. We would recommend the apartment, even with a baby you can live there and make various excursions in the Oberallgäu.

It all worked out well. The accommodation, the surroundings and also the lake right at the doorstep. Especially nice for an evening walk. We were able to start our first hiking tour directly from the accommodation and it was wonderful. Many shops and restaurants nearby. We received a small present as a farewell gift, which made us very happy. All in all, it was a great vacation in a chic and cozy accommodation. Beautiful nature and surroundings, many hiking trails Very nice well-kept accommodation with a great garden and natural pond, all fenced, was ideal for our dog 🐕 Great communication with Claudia and for the welcome there was mint/rosemary water great!! We'll be back for sure

Eric's place was very tidy, had all the advertised amenities. One does need a car though, especially if going for skiing. The surroundings are very peaceful, I strongly recommend Eric's place.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
