This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Our home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full baths. Laundry is also upstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. Our home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurant and outdoor trails for biking, running, walking and golf carting. Close to airport and downtown. Before each guests arrive, all touchable surfaces are sprayed with sanitizer. All bedding, including comforters are freshly washed for each bed.

It is fully equipped for comfort with 3 kings sized beds and a large sectional couch, this is perfect for families, gatherings, and work/long stays. Fayetteville is a great location for a break from the city life, but only 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes from Atlanta Airport.
