Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. The kitchen has a dishwasher. If necessary, two guest beds can be provided for children. Linens and towels are provided.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

This approx. 80 m² house from 1875 is truly unique. In 2018, it was pitted by us and renovated from scratch with a lot of love for detail. Our aim is to make the historical perfection of this house tangible even in the present. Our guests can therefore look forward to a thoughtful and lovingly furnished holiday home in one of Emden's most beautiful locations. About a 10-minute drive from the city centre of the seaport city.

Die Innenstadt, mit seinen vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem berühmten Dat-Otto-Huus und dem Hafentor am Emder Delft, liegt nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben vom Emder Wall mit den seinen malerischen Grachten.

Our aim is to offer our guests all the comforts over 30 m² that contribute to a pleasant and relaxing stay. Small but nice, our apartment presents itself with a special something in a cozy atmosphere.

Herzlich willkommen in der neuen Wohnung Dackhuuske. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Kesselschleuse Emden und den Emder Wallanlagen. Das Emder Freibad „Van-Ameren-Bad“ ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am Delft und im Stadtzentrum. Ein idealer Ort um Emden und Ostfriesland zu erkunden.
