The apartment is fully furnished with everything your heart desires, including a private parking space next to the apartment and a cozy wood stove. Easy access to downtown and lake. Restaurants Bakery and supermarket right around the corner. The building is a listed Kehlhof (built in 1594). This was developed in 2007 in accordance with monumental design aspects from a building biological point of view.

Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt entweder ein wunderschöner langer Uferweg oder ein direkter Bus (ca. 20 min.).

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen.
