2 Bed Home Near U of I

Enjoy a peaceful retreat just close enough to campus for convenience, but far enough to escape the busy student scene. With State Farm Center and Memorial Stadium less than 3 miles away, this makes this house a very popular stay. The private driveway offers easy access to both front and back entrances. The house is stocked with more amenities and complimentary toiletries than most resorts! This house has been recently renovated and everything is new. Unlimited access to Level 2 EV Charger also!

A family haven! Only 15 minutes from campus

Accommodating large and small groups, this airy home was recently renovated from top to bottom. An ideal location on a quiet street and less than 20 minutes from the U of I campus. Enjoy a 1 mile walk into cute downtown Mahomet with restaurants, ice cream, and brewery. A short drive to the entrance of Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, botanical garden, and museum. With a large deck, 1/2 acre property, treehouse, fire pit, mature trees, park next door, and arcade room, you'll never get bored!

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom quaint craftsman home is in downtown Urbana. The home has been restored to the era of when Roger Ebert lived there — according to details in chapter 1 of his autobiography, “Life Itself.” We're a 12-minute drive to downtown Champaign + a 5 minute drive to the U of I campus. We're happy to host families, too! Find a Mid Century Modern style complete with books written by Ebert; his school yearbooks from Urbana High; + more Illini and Urbana-centric nostalgia.

This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay.
