The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, die Terrasse, die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer mit elektrischen Jalousien lassen keine Wünsche offen. Just relax and unwind in this quiet, stylish place. In the over 150-year-old brick house you can spend the holiday time very well. So we offer two bedrooms, a living room plus a kitchen. All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
