Holiday rentals with a balcony in Val-de-Marne

We really enjoyed our stay. Fred and Sab were very responsive. The place was quite comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was really nice. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe but very accessible to everything. Highly recommend.

The apartment was super nice, we felt right at home very quickly. It was a short walk from the RER B line and was super convenient for getting around using the Metro. The host left a welcome book with all the important information about the apartment and area that was super helpful as well. The only complaint we had was that the TV would cut out when watching shows. This was mentioned in the instructions, but was a little frustrating. Overall it wasn't a big issue to lower our rating as you aren't there to watch TV. Overall, we would highly recommend this location as it was great.

The apartment is a bijou gem - spotlessly clean, well equipped, stylish and comfortable, not huge but with all that we needed and more, including delightful roof terrace. Hard to believe we were in the heart of Paris - so peaceful and a lovely characterful neighbourhood, with metro, market, restaurants and parks nearby. We also appreciated helpful information and prompt friendly assistance from Guest Ready.

Cindy's house is very close to the metro. There is a big supermarket very close to the house. The apartment was clean and tidy. Thank you

Appartement agréable, confortable, plutôt spacieux, avec un beau mobilier de qualité. Pour nous très bien placé et avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Beaucoup de messages de la conciergerie notamment avant l'arrivée mais la procédure d'arrivée est pratique (malgré un petit bug qui a retardé la récupération des clés) ; la sortie également.

We had a fantastic experience here! The flat was extremely clean and all the furniture was in pristine condition. The neighbors downstairs introduced themselves to us and were extremely helpful when we had questions regarding site seeing and restaurants. The company managing the property was kind, attentive and excellent communicators. The neighborhood is wonderful! Only a 10 to 15 min walk to the subway and lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries surrounding the flat. You will be in excellent care here!

Very spacious apartment located in a great part of town - easy walk to all the main sites!

Неймовірно вдячні Jeremy та його родині за таку відкритість, та бажання допомогти, дієві поради та дуже швидку реакцію на повідомлення. Це було неймовірно вчасно і цінно!!! Квартира в приємному тихому зеленому дворі. Поруч торгівельний центр з усім необхідним. За додаткову плату б ла можливість залишити авто в підземному паркінгу будинку, зручно. Є зупинка автобуса поряд, на якому через 2 зупинки знаходиться метро. Перебування сподобалось. Іще раз дякуємо за гостинність. Будемо раді повернутися.

Very charming apartment in an excellent location. Very comfotable place with all you need. Balcony is lovely to sit out on and listen to the sounds of the city below. Stairs is probably the only down part to the apartment but very doable. It also gives you a great workout. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its charm and location.
