Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

We could not be happier with this apartment for my children’s first introduction to Paris.. The private entrance gave a layer of extra security and the apartment itself was cozy for our family of four. We loved the 11th R area and the general French feeling all around. Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

The apartment is even more stunning than shown a nd the location in a highly desirable area of Saint German desPres making it ideal for exploring Paris. Sitting in the stunning apartment is a cherished experience. The apartment is quiet with views out the many windows of charming Parisian area and fun to watch the women working in the flower shop a few shops away set up for the morning. The small Beautifully decorated Delacroix museum is steps away

Jacky was such a friendly and helpful host, always had good recommendations and he really elevated our experience in Montreuil! The apartment was very clean, we had lots of space and privacy. The little terrace is even bigger than it seems in the pictures and it was our favorite place to be in the apartment. The communication with Jacky was super easy, we felt very welcome and safe at his place! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a pleasant stay, perfect apartment, everything was clean, the towels had a pleasant smell. The jacuzzi was great.

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

Corinne thank you for an outstanding stay! the home was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities! my husband loves sitting outside so the outside garden with seating area was perfect! my family loved our stay, 2 min walk to the train station made getting around Paris very convenient. restaurants and shopping mall 10 mins walk was also a great plus. we will be visiting Paris again next year and will plan to stay again at your beautiful home. thanks!

My family and I, a total group of 9, decided to make a small stop in Paris for one night, so this location was perfect for us with a nearby station, which brought us closer to the central area of Paris. Very beautiful apartament with nice vibe and in the center of Maisons-Alfort! RER D station within walking distance . Landlord is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Excellent place, comfortable house, fulfilling everything it has to offer, Elizabeth is a friendly person. The house is old but has its corresponding improvements. Everything is excellent around the house. The only thing to keep in mind the location, close to Orly airport, it is 1 hour from the center of Paris in RER, that's the only thing to think about. Everything else was excellent.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Me and my family were on a layover in Paris and this place was perfect. It's near the metro and 10 min from the airport. It's in the middle between the Eiffle Tower and the Orly airport.

There is a large garden at the entrance. The house is very clean. I did not enjoy the jacuzzi. I recommend it. It is an impeccable place.

We loved our stay at David’s apartment! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. David was very easy to contact, and was flexible with us during check in (a huge benefit after a long night and day of travel with our 10 month old). He sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos so we knew exactly how to get in and out of the apartment and building. It was in a great local area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Very easy to get to the metro to visit all of Paris. This was our 3rd time to Paris and David’s apartment was our favourite stay by far. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay. Very close to metro. Very lived in apartment which is what air b and b should be in my opinion. Very responsive host and a flexible on checkout which really helped.

The accommodation is very well located: RER nearby, banks of the Marne. The apartment is well arranged, it has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils etc. And the hosts are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you for everything!
