Great night at Hélène and Claude's place. The bed is ultra comfortable. They are very welcoming and the breakfast is exquisite. This is one of the BEST airbnb I've ever experienced. They are often sold out by the way. You'll have a choice of lots of homemade jams and delicious homemade bread. If you need to rent bikes, they are very well equipped (to be booked of course). You can safely park your car in their beautiful home. There are many sports activities to do around their home as Fontainebleau is not far away. If I have to come back to Melun, I would come back to their place without hesitation.

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The host is so kind... Thank you for bringing snacks and jambutters. The location is nice, and it's a very comfortable and efficient house. The bed was spacious, so it was very comfortable, and it was nice to use the bus or subway. The neighborhood is also safe.

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.

We recommend 100%! The hosts are very welcoming and flexible on arrival times which suited us a lot given the transportation difficulties we had. The accommodation is clean and has a very nice decor in a spacious and comfortable setting. Thanks again!

The host couple is very nice and even picked us up at the train station. The room has good privacy and the bathroom decoration is very interesting. We left early, but they got up early to prepare a delicious breakfast for us, which made us feel very happy.

We really enjoyed Christopher's accommodation, everything was very clean the owners were very friendly and caring. We were also fed breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended

It is a little far from the center but it is very easy to get in RER that if they buy the navigo for the days that will be in the city because each train counts 6€ plus €4 of the metro, in my case I sail for 3 days it costs me 45€ because I went in full Olympics and they increased public transport but it is still worth it because it is unlimited and I save time to know the monuments and it is included the train to Disney, Versailles and Funicular de Montmartre, when leaving the RER you can go walking for 13 minutes or take the bus 1 that is in front of the station to me it seemed safer because walking there is a very single stretch, as far as the accommodation room is comfortable and the kitchen also I would not use it because I was just going to sleep, so that I covered my needs, Marina was friendly and the best it is that I spoke Spanish what I spoke what I facilitate the communication

Excellent stay at Yann and Laure's. Yann is a very welcoming and caring host! The house is very beautiful, the jacuzzi a delight and the table d'hôte a real treat in addition to being copious. This little interlude during our GR14 stage did us the greatest good! We recommend +++++

We were extremely well received at Isabelle's. Her son very kindly introduced us to the accommodation which was beyond our expectations. The bedding is of very good quality guaranteeing beautiful restorative nights. The location is great, and we were able to enjoy the lovely light on the inner courtyard. Isabelle was incredibly kind throughout the stay which touched us a lot! I would highly recommend it!

I stayed in this place because of a flight being rescheduled and it was really peaceful. Eléonore even put me in a different room to make sure I wouldn't have to share the kitchen and bathroom space with someone else for most of my stay which I appreciated so much. Check-In was super easy and a lot of nature is closeby. It's also just a 15min taxi ride from the airport so I highly recommend it for staying a night before a flight.
