Cabin holiday rentals in Valle Crucis

I wish we could have stayed an entire week! The cabin is wonderful. Cozy, clean, with the right amount of magic to make rustic feel luxurious. Theresa and David are wonderful hosts and stayed in communication during our travel snags and cancelled flights. I am already looking ahead at my calendar and trying to decide when I might be able to return. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The cabin was well designed, And the decorating is spectacular! And the views are absolutely breathtaking.! The only things we were disappointed in is, there are no screens on the window and the water pressure is very low.

Great place to stay! We loved the location and the view from the back porch was astonishing. We did notice a decent amount of pet hair all over the house, but otherwise the cabin was clean. Hot tub was a great addition and quite relaxing. Amazing location!

What an ADORABLE cabin perfectly located near Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock! So much to do near by and the most adorable cabin to return to afterwards. Soaking tub and hot tub are so nice after a long hike. The furniture is clean and well maintained. Nicely, stocked kitchen and the hosts left thoughtful gifts too! Would book again due to accuracy of description and how nice hosts are. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering this. It’s great!

If you’re looking for a private cabin getaway close to amenities, this is it. We loved that every bedroom had a full bath attached. The space was clean and cozy. The hot tub was clean and hot. The outdoor space was very conducive to our dogs running around off leash, would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect prelude to our wedding week and a great place to stay for the All Star Race. Host was responsive and the cabin matched all the photos. Great experience.

Lauren’s place was amazing! We enjoyed sitting by the fire at night and the kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. Everything was clean and lots of chairs for the entire family. It is tucked back into the woods so it was quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed watching several deer walk past a few times. I’m highly recommend Lauren’s cabin.

This cabin was perfect and exactly what we needed for a great weekend. Just close enough to all activities and just far enough away that you don't feel like you are in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Cabin was well equipped with all that you would need if you stayed in to prepare meals. A huge bonus for us is that Jose's cabin is pet friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved our time at the Husky Hideaway. The porch and rocking chairs were a perfect place for coffee, downtown Banner Elk was just a short drive away, and the King sized bed was super comfy. We would love to stay there again.

We had a great time at Buttermilk Acres. The place is beautiful and a lovely get away into nature. The showers were awesome and bathroom was close to the cabin so going outside wasn’t a bother at all (even at 8 months pregnant!)

Tom is very responsive. Answered all of our questions and replied promptly. There was a large group of us visiting for our granddaughter's graduation from App State. We had a great time playing pool , corn hole, and board games. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare our food for the party. The sleeping accommodations were all very comfortable. Three full baths was so great to have with our group. The setting was beautiful, serene and private. Would definitely stay there again.

The creekside cottage was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a weekend filled with outdoor play. My daughters played in the creek most of the time and it was a beautiful view with my morning coffee. We loved everything about our cozy stay.

Absolutely wonderful little place! Great stay for a couple and their pup! Bedroom: comfortable king size bed! Very roomy for a 1b1b apartment! Bathroom: the walk-in shower has beautiful green tile and bench! It is not really pictured in listing but it’s absolutely adorable! Living room: cute and comfy couch!! Kitchen: has everything you need for basic cooking! Plus a very nice grill outside! Patio: has a private hot tub and great seating for morning coffee with a view! Overall, the place was absolutely perfect and everything we wanted/needed. It was spotless when we arrived and we had no issues checking in. Highly recommended booking! First time staying in an airBNB, and this place was great! Getting to the spot was a little testy at times, the roads to the cabin are very small and the roads are curvy. Overall the cabin looked exactly like the pictures, very clean! Jared had thought of everything, samples of toothpaste, extra toothbrushes, full size shower bottles, pantry with snacks, board games, etc. it was great staying here with my family and I’d 100% stay at any other property he’d have available. We had a running joke in the house “thanks Jared!” Because we’d just find more amenities he technically didn’t have to offer us! Pls stay here, it was absolutely great!

We loved our stay at this peaceful, rustic cabin! It was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and thoughtful, checking in after a storm and helping quickly with a keypad issue. Cooking breakfast in the cast-iron skillet was a highlight. We'd definitely stay again!

It was a fantastic place to stay! The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful, the cabin was beautiful, it was stocked with amenities way above my expectations and the view was absolutely fantastic. We never wanted to come in from the deck!

Words do not do justice for a stay at Patience's cabin. It was breathtaking. The mountain sunrise alone made the stay worth it. It was quiet, peaceful and the perfect place for a mountain getaway. Patience was super responsive and helpful with all my questions, and made things a breeze. All I can say is grab your groceries on your way up, don't forget the carrots and have a wonderfully relaxing time.

This may have been the nicest air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. The windows, sky lights, and natural light were incredible, but the electric blinds to make it dark and cozy… wow! I regret not using that huge tub but the showers were incredible. Every amenity you could think of. Super communicative and helpful host and team. Will 100% stay here again.

Absolutely great space for what we needed. Looks just like the photos so you know what you’re getting. Love being right on the river. As an avid fly fisherman it was perfect for what I wanted. Also, who can beat the sound of rushing water while sitting in the mountains. Would def book again!

This cabin was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a long weekend trip. Rina was very responsive to questions and was flexible with check-in time as we were traveling across the state. The amenities were great and we made use of the outdoor grill, dining space as well as the fire pit. Thanks for a wonderful experience in our first Air B&B!

Wonderful! The pictures are exactly what you get - perfect home for our long weekend getaway. All the reviews here have it right: location is perfect, views are amazing, and the house has everything you need (and more!) We lacked for nothing - even the wifi was super strong which makes me think we'll be back again so I can stare at that view while working remotely. Saw deer everyday - they didn't seem afraid of us at all - not even the dogs. Met a few neighbours who were pleasant as well. Can't wait to come back - and I will close this review with what my husband said on our last night there: "this felt like home the minute we walked in the door - I will hate to leave tomorrow." We had a fantastic time taking in the sound of the nearby stream, playing on the property and playing board games with the family! The location is absolutely perfect if you want peace and quiet and is one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve had. Jenny is a great host and was quick to answer our questions and provided tons of recommendations for places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back!

Lani was an exceptional host and made my sisters and I feel right at home. When we arrived she showed us to the house so we wouldn’t get lost, made sure we had everything we needed, and was incredibly friendly our entire stay. We spent lots of time soaking in the sun and the view on the deck. This was the perfect little getaway!
