A large balcony in the west-facing location awaits, nothing obscures the view, sun from morning till night. The quiet road you walk down for about 10 minutes, you will find the swimming area, beautiful and peaceful nature surrounded by greenery, mountains, boats and sea. Grazing animals are a natural part. Within 1.5-3 km, there are shops, restaurants, excursion destinations and fishing villages: Gullholmen, Käringön, Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and kayak rentals.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The newly built house is located in Bjönni, a small idyllic area next to Ellösfjorden. Living room area with large windows and glass doors out to a nice balcony area in the south. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen area with stone countertops, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. 300 meters from the house is the marina with swimming docks and a small beach. The jetty is a popular place for children's crab fishing and other fun. The area is good for canoeing.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.
