A natural and relatively simple accommodation in a charming, timbered cottage on a forest and beach plot with access to lovely forest walks and swimming from the beach, cliffs and jetty. The cottage is located about 7 km from Västervik city center on a plot shared with our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 8-13 years) and our free-roaming dog. There is about 80 m of forest between the cottage and our house, so you live in relative seclusion with forest and sea bay as the nearest neighbor. At the same time, you pass our house on the way to the cottage and often meet up with the dog and host family who move around a lot on the property in the summers. You should appreciate nature and tranquility but you should not be afraid of people or dogs if you are going to enjoy yourself here :) The cottage is a simple timber cottage on 1 1/2 floors with a lot of charm and a lack of modernities in the form of TV. Here, the children can swim and play in the forest instead :) The property is a hilly forest plot, so unfortunately the accommodation is not very well adapted for disabled people. Pets are more than welcome as long as they work well with children and dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to roam freely on the property if they get along well with our own farm dog :) Welcome to a relaxed and nature-oriented vacation at Västerbo!

Sjöstugan

We rent out our nice little cottage/lake house in Västervik during the summer. The cottage is 2 km from the city center and 50 meters to the jetty where you can swim. The cottage consists of a large living room with a corner sofa bed, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a covered terrace in a southwest location with a fantastic view of Gamlebyviken and towards Västervik. Shower and toilet are available. The cottage is 40 sqm incl. terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is not included. Unsecured Wi-Fi connection

Farmhouse in nature reserve 150 meters from the sea

Newly renovated farmhouse with sleeping loft and sofa bed in scenic surroundings. 150 meters to the swimming area and the sea. 2.5 km to Västervik city center. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. Dining table and sofa bed. Sleeping loft with double bed and separate bedroom with double bed. Private parking. The property is located in a nature reserve with hiking trail with barbecue areas. 1.5 km to the golf course. The guest brings bed linen and is responsible for cleaning up before departure. Bed linen available to rent.

Cozy house with ocean views

Charming house on Gränsö with five bedrooms in two different houses on the same property, fireplace and sauna. There is a cozy outdoor room and a patio for relaxing evenings. You have access to a private jetty for swimming and fishing. Gränsö is a beautiful nature reserve with several hiking trails that offer fantastic views of both the forest and the coast. There is also proximity to Gränsö Castle, which offers a restaurant and spa. Perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, hike along the trails and experience a peaceful environment.

Guest house by the river.

It is possible to sleep 4 people if there are 2 children. It is only a few 100 meters to a very nice swimming spot in the Syrsan bay. There is exercise equipment, etc. Close to Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby, Norrköping, Söderköping and Linköping You can get out into Tjust archipelago with boats from Västervik and Loftahammar It is about 65 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Close to sledding places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after you, we do it for an additional cost. SEK 300

Summer cottage with your own dock

Summer house with its own jetty. 4 beds (3 double beds). Wifi, TV (for streaming) modern kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The plot borders only one neighbor, on the other side is a common area and a common swimming dock for the cottage area. 5 rooms. Three bedrooms with doors and an open loft with a double bed. Sheets and towels are included. During the summer months: weekly rental. Wonderful view, lovely archipelago nature right outside the door. Close to golf course and Västervik city.

Lakeside house on Gränsö

A modern, fully-equipped private house of 45 sqm in a scenic area. Living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen and double bed upstairs. Patios in three directions, 100 meters to the sea and walking distance to Gränsö Castle. Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation and to Västervik's center it is about a 30-minute walk. NOTE: Bring sheets/towels or rent for a fee of SEK 500 Guests are responsible for cleaning upon departure or buying it upon arrival for SEK 600.

Rural cottage near Vimmerby.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Welcome to your private oasis just a few steps from the lake and the forest. Enjoy the silence, the scent of the woods, and the sparkling lake just around the corner. Here, 1-4 people can stay comfortably in a warm and cozy setting, with large windows that invite the beauty of nature inside. Settle down on the sun-warmed rocks or on your private patio with your morning coffee and take in the lake view. Take a refreshing dip from the jetty and enjoy the sunset from the cliffs.

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

We rent our cozy summer cottage in the Tjust archipelago. Beautiful location on a large waterfront property. Below the cottage is a small sandy beach - ideal for children - as well as a jetty. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, an open living, dining and kitchen area. Large windows overlooking the water. Bathroom with shower, sink, water toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
