A cozy little villa in a perfect location. Only a 15 minute walk both to Västervik Resort as well as the city center and popular Slottsholmen. Coop and restaurant right around the corner. The villa is placed on a corner plot with access to a newly built terrace (2023) with Weber charcoal grill and nice grassy areas Fast broadband is available as well as access to TV with Chromecast. Both the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

Welcome to Björkhaga in Hummelstad! Hummelstad is a cosy village in the middle between Västervik and Vimmerby. Perfect starting point if you want to experience Småland. Equally close to the cozy Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens World as to the beautiful coastal town of Västervik. For the warm days the village has its own child-friendly swimming area at walking distance 1.6 km from Björkhaga. If you want to experience the Småland forest, we have around the corner many lovely hiking trails.

The house has 4 bedrooms (two double beds 180 cm, one 120 bed and sofa bed) 2 toilets, kitchen and living room divided in two floors.
