19th century house near the sea.

Stay in the countryside. Now it is possible to rent a whole house from the 19th century in the countryside next to the lovely resort Loftahammar and its archipelago. There are room for 6 adults and 2 children. There is also a boat to borrow free of charge. 3km to grocery store, sea bath, golf course, restaurants,gas station, pizza place, ice cream bar and tourist office where you can rent bikes and canoes. Sheets and towels are not included in the basic price. costs SEK 100/p. final cleaning SEK 800. The ceiling height is 195cm in some rooms. and the doors are 165 and 180cm.

Seaside cottage

Seaside cottage about 35 sqm with own patio. Single accommodation but the house is next to the main building where the host couple live. Sleeps: Double bed in separate bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the “living room”. In the house there is a kitchenette with hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. Public beach: approx. 150 m Västervik center: 3.5 km Bed linens and towels are not included but can be provided at extra cost. The guest is responsible for final cleaning and is expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as upon arrival.

Farmhouse by the sea!

Farmhouse on a sheltered lake plot at an amazing location! Possibility of nearby swimming from the plot & jetty, nearby in several nearby swimming areas. Perfect location for kayaking location for kayaking. Nice walking paths. About 6 km to the city center. City bus stop in direct vicinity. Close to Lysingsbadet with restaurants etc. About 9 km to Ekhagens Golf Course, about 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world. (The pool belongs to the large house, not available) The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linen/towels can be rented for SEK 150/set.
