Welcome to rent our house on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The house is located right by the sea and has a large garden with a patio. The house is divided, the host couple lives in another part. The house offers three secluded bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, a living room, and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several swimming beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini life and several ice cream kiosks. Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende ca 5 kilometer utanför Ringarum. Huset ligger intill Stensjön uppe på en höjd så man har sjöutsikt från fönstren. Ett välisolerat åretruntboende som ligger för sig självt utan synliga grannar där man får ha lugn o ro. Finns tillgång att nyttja sandstrand, brygga, båt o fiske. Stranden kan komma att delas med värden och hans familj. Enplansvilla på 132 kvm, fyra rum o kök, stor öppen planlösning. Två altaner varav en inglasad.

The villa is placed on a corner plot with access to a newly built terrace (2023) with Weber charcoal grill and nice grassy areas Fast broadband is available as well as access to TV with Chromecast. Both the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

Welcome! A stone's throw from Vimmeby center, you will find this Småland idyll, our red summer house with white knots. You have about 1 km to Vimmerby Center (15 min walk) and about 2 km by car (5 min) to Astrid Lindgren's World, but there is a footpath that takes about 20 min to walk.
