Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.

A charming and cozy house of 190 m2 ,located in a quiet and peaceful environment with proximity (300m) to the lake Mjörn. Mjörn is known for its fine zander and pike fishing all year round, boat is available to borrow. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature with the possibility of a short walk to a nice swimming area.
