Within walking distance, there is a lake with a swimming area and the possibility to rent a boat for fishing, for example. Boat rental and fishing licenses are purchased at the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 minutes from Borås city center 5-10 minutes from Borås golf course 10-15 minutes from Borås Zoo 50 minutes from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden, you can hike freely in the forest and nature, but not enter private plots.

Proximity to Isaberg Ski Center (1 km) and mountain bike trails just outside the house. 500 meters to swimming at Agnsjön with barbecue and outdoor gym. Isaberg Mountain Resort (3 km) offers, in addition to cycling in spectacular terrain and downhill, also a training area for MTB, canoeing, high-altitude tracks, adventure golf, tobogganing and playground. Isaberg Golf Course 36 holes (5 km). Walking distance to grocery store, pizzeria and barbecue.

Here you will find peace and quiet except for birdsong and the occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer. You can reach our lake by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, the rowing boat, fishing and nice swimming await you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Mellan hålen på Isaberg golfklubb, med två 18-hålsbanor och en korthålsbana, finner ni boendet med utsikt mot bergen. Utöver golf och padel erbjuder klubben god mat och dryck i golfrestaurangen. En kort bilfärd bort hittar man Isaberg Mountain resort med äventyr för stora och små (minigolf, äventyrsbanor, badplats mm). Städning ingår. Städning, sängkläder och handdukar ingår. 1 km till jättefin sjö där det går bada, fiska & grilla. På promenadavstånd (5min) hittar ni en prisbelönt tapasrestaurang, pizzeria, mataffär och bageri. I samhället finns också tennisbanor, padelbanor, badhus, en gångstig runt sjön med flera grillplatser. I källaren (äldre standard) finns ytterligare en toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin.

Närhet till flera sjöar och både skog och äng direkt inpå knuten. Vandringsled och motionsspår i närområdet. 37 km från Varberg och 32 km till Ullared.

In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!
