The stylishly furnished apartment has a private car parking space and a cozy terrace that invites you to linger and relax. The nearest shopping facility is 5 minutes away by car in Reifnitz. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Lake Wörthersee is accessible all year round, in summer the beach bathing entrance is included. Only accessible by stairs.

Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons.
