Holiday rentals with beach access in Venetian Lagoon

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking - large pots, a large pan and much more. There is even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modern and technically top-notch - TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped - shampoo, shower gel and even a hair straightener are available. The free sun loungers with umbrella are an extreme plus. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. It was also possible to exchange ideas with Alberto at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

Natascia is a super host. She was accessible at all times and we were able to check in earlier. She explained everything to us upon arrival at her spotless apartment and had a lucrative welcome package for us and also for the bathroom everything we needed. We were right at home! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, sometimes the neighboring dogs barked. The ferry port to Venice is within walking distance. In the south there are great beaches and we ate twice in the 3 days of our stay at the Ristorante Pizzeria, which was about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you Natascia for everything!

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Marta’s place is definitely one of the best ones. From helpful instructions and communication before arrival to a colourfully designed clean and bright apartment with beautiful views right in the centre of Burano. Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment on the second floor is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to travel around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

Ilaria and Maurizia's apartment was perfect in every way . The neighborhood is very nice and away from the sights without being too far away . The vaporetto is next to the building. In addition , an additional asset, the Guglie station served by Alliguna from the airport is a 5-minute walk away. There are several small supermarkets nearby. We'll be happy to go back!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We had a great week with many excursion opportunities incl. Venice nearby. The place was modern and clean. Mattia was friendly and responsive. Two bathrooms were a luxury for us. Everything was very clean and the number of towels was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son had fun on the trampoline in the garden. Nearby were lots of shopping, a great café in Cavallino and still plenty of open restaurants despite the off-season. Only the many mosquitoes were a bit annoying outside. The fly screens in all the windows were great.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Mega beautiful new house in a perfect location by the sea. Very clean and has everything you need. Would come back any time.

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The host Paolo welcomed us personally, was very friendly and provided helpful information and recommendations. The apartment was very cozy, clean and was well equipped. It’s located on the main street in Lido, so very close to restaurants and the beach but still it’s very quiet. I can only recommend.

My stay in the accommodation provided by Jean Pierre was a real highlight from start to finish. The apartment is located in the historic old town of Chioggia, also known as "Little Venice". As soon as I entered the apartment, I noticed the cleanliness and the loving, harmonious design – everything was hygienically perfect and tastefully furnished. The design perfectly rounded off the holiday and created a cozy atmosphere. The area offers numerous restaurants, bars and small shops, so there is something for every taste. Especially in the evening hours, Chioggia unfolds its very special, romantic charm - a real experience! The contact with Jean Pierre was always uncomplicated and cordial. He was always available to me via mobile phone with quick and detailed answers and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. His support was truly exclusive.

Too bad it was cold but I loved the proximity to the sea. we should go back in summer!

We are super grateful that we were allowed to arrive so flexibly, as we have a baby. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The terrace and the pool were our highlights. We had a great time and highly recommend it!!

First of all, I want to mention that I don't write reviews often. But this time it is very important to me, as we have had a very good experience & I fully recommend Stefania. We spent 1 week in Stefania's apartment with our children (6&10). Stefania is an excellent host who always responded quickly & helped us very well with all questions & concerns. It is very warm & helpful. The apartment was nicer & bigger than shown in the photos. Also, the condition is very good, modern & very clean. It is equipped with what you need. A private parking space in the courtyard, 2 balconies,elevator, very good air conditioning (for cold & heat), good bedding & soft well smelling towels were available. Washing machine available if needed. The beaches in Sottomarina (3 min. walk), shopping,the old town&Chioggia are close. There are also frequent buses. The parking garages& restaurants are convenient. Excursion tip: Porto Caleri Botanical Garden.

Sara was a lovely host. Very quick in helping with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, modern and a good location. Highly recommended!!
