Apartment holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment in the neighborhood outside the old city. There is an excellent bus connection (stop 200 meters walk, contactless payment, max 20 minutes). The biggest plus for us is private parking in front of the door. We did not meet Elio in person but through the app he was very friendly and inquired during our stay how we were doing. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated. There are several restaurants within walking distance. For us, it was the perfect place to stay in Venice.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at this place. Walkable distance to everything, and quite tucked away so it feels more quiet. Would come back!

Great location, amazing view and nice apartment.

Cassandra went the extra mile for us. The couple before us left early. We had intended to leave our bags before check-in (about 3 hours early) and the place was ready when we got there. She provided ample suggestions for both transportation and food. The condo was clean, the bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I wish we had more time to book more nights. If available, we will be back!

We loved the area, easy 20 min walk to the Basilica, lots of restaurants only 5 mins away. Bruno was so helpful and a great neighbourhood to come home to after a busy day. The window overlooking the canal was our favourite!! Would highly recommend staying here.

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

We loved staying at her apartment. It had everything we needed and it was just 4 min walking to the bus stop to go to Venice. The apartment was super clean and it matched with the pictures of the website. We will come again to this cozy apartment!

Great place in the center of everything.

The apartment is amazing. I think it's even better than what the pictures. It has everything that we needed during the stay, even mosquito repellant. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the basic ingredientes, coffee, etc... The room was very clean and also very clean linens, which is something that we appreciate when we travel. The parking of the lot is very convenient for an area with very complicated public parking space. The location was good, very near to everything. All in all, we were super satisfied with the apartment and with the service of our host Fabiola. Amazing!

Chiara's accommodation matches the description and photos. Close to the tram, it allows easy access to Venice. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Modern and recent kitchen and bathroom. The cozy and personal decoration. Chiara is charming, super responsive and attentive. We had a lovely weekend. What's more, we left the keys on the door inside after slamming it, which caused him some trouble to reopen the apartment and Chaira was very understanding! Thank you Chiara!! We'll be happy to come back.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!
