Really enjoyed our stay at The Sugar Loaf. Beautiful place, well presented and lovley and clean. The fresh eggs and personalised note were a beautiful touch too and was so appreciated. Beth was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

Idyllic location, clean and comfortable apartment. Great bed for a good nights sleep with black out curtains and blinds. Peaceful and friendly neighbourhood, conveniently located 5 mins from train station, (keep your directions offline due to signal). Apartment contained everything we needed with good transport links to North Devon and Mainland England. Thank you Sandy & Todd, and your pup for hosting us.

What a perfect remote getaway destination! Great size accommodation for two couples with everything you need for your stay. Tucked away down a narrow Devon road surrounded by beautiful peaceful countryside. We stayed for a wedding at Higher Eggbeer farm and it was perfect for our stay. We had great warm weather but the accommodation has many windows to keep you cool for a comfortable nights sleep. Jane was super responsive and incredibly helpful and understanding. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The Stables is a beautiful place to stay, perfect for long stays also. It is situated in a lovely area. The house is wonderful, the living room is cozy, with a wood burner and the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. Everything I needed was at the house, and any queries I had were quickly and helpfully responded to. Would definitely recommend!
