Ab 8 Uhr könnt ihr bei Joanna,s Markt im Ort frische Brötchen/Zeitung kaufen. Lehne dich zurück und genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Herberge!

Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.
