Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

Kurze Wege nach Wismar oder Schwerin. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Badesee. Ein zauberhafter Spielplatz im Ort. Kleine Wäldchen um den Ort zum spazieren, oder zum Pilze sammeln. Ab 8 Uhr könnt ihr bei Joanna,s Markt frische Brötchen/Zeitung kaufen. Lehne dich zurück und genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Unterkunft!

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Beautiful guest apartment in vintage style of yesteryear. The accommodation is for 2 persons. Another guest room for 1-2 people can be booked. Not suitable for children. The property is located between Schwerin and Wismar. A good starting point for excursions by car or bike. Our guests have the opportunity to use a large terrace and can explore the associated park with trees. The overnight price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
