Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Feels like home

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat neben Herd und Ofen eine Espressomaschine, Thermomix und einen Waschtrockner. Die Katzen gehören mit dazu und werden völlig automatisch versorgt. Keine Verpflichtung für euch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Parkplatz findet ihr entweder im Parkhaus 10€ oder 20min Fußweg entfernt gratis.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Modernly furnished basement apartment on the Baltic Sea in Neustadt /OH is 45 square meters, has a separate entrance, living room, bedroom, small Hallway, pantry kitchen shower/toilet and a garden corner with grill. Ideal location: 800 m to the beach and to the Schön-Klinik You can check in from 3 pm. The key is in the key safe, to the left of the entrance door. Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Beautiful guest apartment in vintage style of yesteryear. The accommodation is for 2 persons. Another guest room for 1-2 people can be booked. Not suitable for children. The property is located between Schwerin and Wismar. A good starting point for excursions by car or bike. Our guests have the opportunity to use a large terrace and can explore the associated park with trees. The overnight price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

For all water lovers, only 5 minutes to the swimming lake. Small woods around the place for walking or picking mushrooms. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults, as well as 2 children (+ extra charge). Just relax and enjoy this quiet, stylish place!

Lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 30m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a small lane between Old Harbour and Nicolai Church. With a double bed, small kitchen, fridge and bathroom it´s perfect for a vacation for couples. We can offer an extra camp bed, if needed.
