Monthly Rentals in Versailles

Stayed for two night for a wedding, the place was very clean, amenities as described, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. My dogs, partner and I had a great time walking to nearby parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spotlessly clean home with a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen with washer and dryer and lovely living room to relax and read or enjoy tv.

Ace was so responsive. This historic home brought me back to a more genteel era. The home had real statement pieces of fine antique furniture & 3 fireplaces. . I chose the Carter House because it is less than 10 minutes from Coolmore Farm. (For our 40th wedding anniversary, I wanted to meet Justify & American Pharoah, the triple crown winners.) Versailles is a quaint & beautiful place. You definitely get to experience the equine vibe at Carter house. It was 90 degrees out, & the AC worked like a champ. The bed linens were very nice. The shower worked great. Morning coffee was everything it should be in this special place. My husband loved the back yard. The side porch was lovely. All of the amenities were provided. We felt very safe. House was well lit at night. The whole process could not have been better. Ace was exceptional. Carter house made our 40th Anniversary very special. Thank you. Would love to stay during a snowfall.

Really nice place. Secluded country living - if that’s what you’re in to, this is the place. Fair price for the value. Love waking up to the horses and cows. Great place for early risers! Would definitely come back.
