Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

In the first dunes, a beautiful newly renovated holiday home is rented in the Agger Tange holiday center. The area is part of Thy and Cold Hawaii National Park. Come and experience the at times roaring North Sea, good fishing opportunities and good hiking/running trails. Free access to pool, from Easter week 42 minigolf, tennis court and playground. Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be put together to double bed. Lovely bathroom w/shower. Kitchen which is combined with the living roomwhere there is new furniture and sofa bed. Large cottage in scenic Agger with room for the whole family and views of Lodbjerg Lighthouse/National Park Thy. Wilderness bath, outdoor shower and shelter in the backyard. Walking distance to the North Sea and the fjord. Relax in one of Thy's most original coastal towns, where there are the most locals. We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!

Midtby is a 20-minute walk along a beautiful beach road with a good bike path. In the city there is a high quality of shops, restaurants, cafes, fish shops, butchers, cheese shops and street food. The beautiful North Sea is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment♥️♥️

In connection with the apartment, there is the holiday center, which offers an indoor pool and sauna. Outside there is a playground, tennis court, and mini golf. All of this is for free use. The town of Agger offers small cozy eateries, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurant with venue. Denmark's largest national park is right at your doorstep, where there is a rich bird life.

The townhouse is perfect for a family vacation or a trip with friends. The house is located in the first row with a view of the Limfjord and with a short distance to both the North Sea and Thy National Park. Dogs are welcome. The area offers good walks, bike routes and lots of experiences in nature - perfect for both two and four-legged. There is free access to common facilities such as indoor swimming pool, sauna, mini golf and playground. The restaurant Agger Darling is located adjacent to the holiday center.

Stedet ligger 150 meter fra fjorden og den flotteste udsigt over Limfjorden og Vesterhavet. Tæt på Nationalpark Thy, Vestervig, og Agger. Der er lavet aftale med Sydthy svømmebad at det er gratis at komme og bade der, man skal bare medbringe nøglen med husnummeret.
