Maison Guerrazzi è una viareggina a due piani nel quartiere della Darsena in una piccola corte esclusiva in parte coperta, con aiuola a verde e un bellissimo albero di ibisco. Sarete vicini a tutto ma lontani dalla confusione . Ad un isolato troverete i migliori ristoranti della città. Potrete raggiungere a piedi la pineta, la passeggiata e la zona pedonale del mercato. La spiaggia dista solo 1 km da casa. I noleggi di biciclette della zona vi permetteranno di vivere la città come un vero local.
