Only quality: 5 minutes walk from the central square of the village (but out of the hustle and bustle); a few minutes drive from the main natural attractions of the surroundings; parking nearby; spacious and air-conditioned rooms; ideal for children; large living room with parquet; an extraordinary restaurant a few steps away... and breathtaking landscape!

A wonderful stay in a quiet oasis. Anna offers the opportunity to disconnect from everything in her home with wonderful views of the Umbrian hills. Awakening to the sound of birds is priceless. Great location to see Narni the gorges of Nera, and many other nice destinations just a few minutes by car. Anna's hospitality is priceless. Our dog Ethan also really appreciated it. I Trini&Ethan

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.
