Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Monika’s place was beyond our expectations. It was cosy, clean, beautifully located and there were so many sweet animals. The host and het family were so relaxed, kind and lovely. I cannot describe how much I loved my stay and would definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. The apartment is beautiful and better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, in addition to a washing machine and an iron if needed. There is also a beautiful garden in the building with a llama. The host is helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The view from the balcony was unforgettable and very wonderful. I will definitely come back to it if I visit Italy. I recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We felt very welcome and comfortable with Sara. Our dog also got along very well with Snoopy, the farm dog. The location is a great starting point for activities, whether hiking in the mountains or a trip to Bolzano for shopping and eating.

We stayed at this property for a week with our dog. It was perfect! We definitely want to vacation in this accommodation again sometime :) The accommodation was beautiful & perfect for us. The kitchen offers many possibilities to cook for yourself. The garden is also very well equipped, various seating/reclining options available and private (fence, etc.) The family who were our contact person on site, rounded off our holiday experience. They were always super helpful & accommodating. We felt very welcome! The family has its own dog. This is very sweet & got along very well with our dog :)

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. In general, it was a wonderful experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

We felt comfortable in the apartment, which was high quality and very clean. The check-in and check-out was straightforward. Anna, who lives above the apartment, was always available and extremely nice. The house has 3 more apartments: 2 above this apartment and 1 to the right. The location of the house is quiet and the view of Lake Garda is really beautiful🤩. We had a relaxing week with a mix of cycling, boating and swimming in the lake. Great apartment with beautiful views towards the valley and Seceda mountain. Davide was a super friendly and helpful host. Local bus stop just in front of the front door. Comfortable hard mattresses, drying room for ski equipment, parking places.
