Atlanta entire 2 levels family home pool house

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

(Pool opens May 1) Relax with the whole family at this 3 bedroom comfy home 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Marietta, Georgia Tech, Georgia Aquarium and Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Curated record collection and turntable. Fully equipped kitchen and large dining space. Smart TV's throughout, an inground pool (open May to October) on 1 acre lot on a quiet street make this home ideal. A signed waiver is required from all guests upon check-in regarding access to the pool and pool area.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

So many shopping places are near such as McDonalds, Bojangles, Walmart, Kroger, etc. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS & NO SMALL CHILDREN (place is not set up for small children per there safety). Parking is free.

Enjoy our quiet, lovely guest home. This 1 bedroom (1 king bed) 1 full bath house come with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.
