It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything you need is just a short drive away. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area was a dream – a stunning pool, comfortable loungers, and a well-maintained garden that offered total privacy. Inside, the rooms were spacious and airy, with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced – we can’t wait to return! Cyril’s place was perfection! Honestly the photos weren’t as good as reality! He was super friendly and responsive and Berangere (the woman checking us in) was so kind and helpful. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and in such a lovely location. We could walk to Vence center and access everything we needed but the property was so peaceful and beautiful. It fit my parents, my husband and myself, and our two young children comfortably. I can’t wait to return!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen mit tollen Tiefblicken auf das Meer und die nahegelegene Grenze zu Italien. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Auch zu Fuß kann man in ca 20 Min in die Altstadt von Menton und den Stränden absteigen. Parkplatz war auch perfekt,die Zufahrt zum Anwesen jedoch steil und eng. Deutsche TV-Sender wären noch prima. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und herzlich und unsere 6-jährigen Zwillinge waren von dem Hochbettt und der Gartenanlage inklusive Schildkröten,wie auch dem Pool begeistert. Gerne wieder.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 1000%. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout 😀

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Menton war sehr gut besucht und abends nach dem Strand in dieses schöne ruhige haus zurück zu kommen, war sehr erholsam. Die Kinder haben den Pool toll genutzt und wir haben Tischtennis gespielt. Immer wieder gerne dort einen Urlaub verbringen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Cette maison est un petit paradis et Maryse est une hote absolument charmante, réactive et attentionnée. La vie est incroyable et la maison est bien connectée en transports en commun.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.
