Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villejuif

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. My family and I loved this trip to Paris!I look forward to coming to Paris again.

Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre with its numerous stairs, we came back fitter.

This is one case where 5 Stars feels totally insufficient. First, the location is absolutely perfect. Saint Germaine is our favorite neighborhood in all of Paris -- incredibly fun and stylish area, and an easy walk or bike to almost all the must-do's in Paris. The apartment itself is a 3 minute walk to the Seine, and while the exact location of the apartment is quiet, within 1 block you are surrounded by very popular restaurants/cafes, shops & galleries where "scenes from Paris" abound unrelentingly. The apartment itself is the definition of cool and well-appointed -- a very tasteful combination of the old (the building dates to the early 17th century, I believe!) and the new (totally remodeled with all the comforts of 21st century). It was spotless upon arrival, with so many offerings for the guest to instantly feel right at home. Finally, the quality and care of the host cannot be overstated. Farid was helpful and kind from start to finish, hosting with genuine care!

I stayed in Turkan's apartment alone for a month and it was an incredibly special adventure that I will never forget. Her home had such a beautiful atmosphere, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived- both by her and the space. Everything I could possibly need was already provided for me, and Turkan very generously left me some fruit and wine on my arrival. I didn't speak any French when I arrived, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but Turkan took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know whilst showing me around the apartment. It was such a pleasure to live right outside (and overlooking) such a beautiful cemetery, and so close to lovely cafes, bakeries and food markets, whilst still being in a very peaceful area. Both line 12 and 13 on the metro were close by and gave easy access to the rest of the city. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again in future, I developed a real connection with the area and apartment. Thank you Turkan!

Very nice loft apartment right near the Louvre, d’Orsay and other major sites. We had a family of four in the apartment which was a little crowded but worked out well. It’s probably best suited for 2 or 3. The place is very fashionable, well decorated and had everything we needed. Alexis was very attentive and helpful, with good recommendations and advice. This was a great visit. Thank you.

Claire was so nice and helpful upon check-in. She offered recommendations and left us a bottle of champagne. She also let us check in early with our bags. Her apartment is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything about it is old, charming, kind of quirky, and we loved that so much. I felt like I was living in a still life painting or an old French movie. As for the area, there is so much to do, lots of restaurants, cool vintage markets on the weekend, and very easy access to multiple modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
