Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, remote farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also for more, with a sofa bed, crib, mattresses and/or tents outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The bike path "Spur der Steine" passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

Neuruppin is a beautiful city in every season that has a lot to offer. Whether romantic walks, water sports or pub evenings... You live in the middle of the historic old town and walk only 1 minute to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with market place, cafes and shops. The apartment consists of a combined living / kitchen area, a bedroom, as well as a small bathroom. The separate entrance to the apartment is via the terrace, which can also be shared. The apartment can accommodate couples or a small family. On request, a baby travel crib can be set up. For longer stays, the use of a washing machine can be arranged.

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering.
