The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

What a fantastic stay in Rimini! This apartment was an absolute gem. It's clear it's been recently renovated, as everything felt modern and fresh. We were so impressed with how spacious it was – much more room than we expected, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment genuinely had all the equipment we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. A huge bonus was the private parking in the backyard, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. The area itself is lovely, feeling safe and pleasant. We loved being able to walk to everything – the beach, shops, and restaurants were all within a 5 to 10-minute stroll, which was perfect for exploring Rimini without needing a car. And for those who need to stay connected, the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and reliable. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable stay in Rimini!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

This is the second time we stayed at Angela's house and hopefully we will stay here again! I really love the location - perfect for walking the city and the Borgo. Close to supermarket, excellent restaurants, piazzas, cafes, ice cream and the Sun/Wed mercato!! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach - a pleasant walk but we rented bicycles which was perfect. The house is very clean and beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Laundry machine works very well. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Angela is one of the best hosts I have ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful! :)

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, Simona is an exceptional host! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home, too bad we only stayed for a weekend! The apartment is perfect, it is equipped with all comforts and is a few steps from the beach. A note of merit also goes to the wonderful dog Diana, always ready to welcome us on our return!!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during the exhibitions, a special bus No.10 runs past the apartment and without transfers and loss of time delivers in 10 minutes). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a few pieces of furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Very modern apartment with perfectly functioning air conditioning. Isabella always responded quickly and helpfully when a question arose.

The apartment is just the right size has everything you need. Not having AC is no problem as it has fans and an outdoor patio that is shaded most of the day. There are insect screens on the windows so we could have the windows open overnight. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The shower is a bit dimmed to use, but to take a normal shower. The sea is very close as well as many restaurants, shop and bakery. The city center is 10 minutes away by bus that goes very often. Overall we had a great time.

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

Walter is a great host! He met us at the rail station in the midnight under a heavy rain and transfer us to his place. Very generous, thank you Walter. The apartment is in quiet building close to the beach. Walter gave us useful information about place to eat and to visit. One feels safe and comfortable having personal contact with such host. If you are going to Rimini, Walter is your man.

Our stay at Petra's apartment in Riccione was exceptional. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and perfectly located. Petra welcomed us warmly, making us feel immediately at home. What truly elevated our experience was the personal touch from Petra and her family. When we ran into Petra's sister and her boyfriend, they were incredibly helpful and provided outstanding dining recommendations. We're already planning our return trip and would highly recommend Petra's apartment to anyone visiting Riccione :-)

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and a hot tub, and the private parking is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a kit of oil/salt and spices. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
